About: Created for National Geogrpahic Travel, Switzerland's Grand Tour was a first attempt at transforming National Georaphic's iconic physical relief into an interactive web map. By utilizing web mapping libraries gdal, ogr2ogr, and Mapbox Studio to convert our physical relief into web tiles and working with developer CY Park to create a consistent and clean UI/UX, we were able to make a unique map experience featuring the best of print and web cartography.
